Legacy and Premium overlap in price, so choose by the work a site does rather than by the number alone. Moving between them later is a plan change on the same panel, not a migration.

For brochure sites, static sites, a low-traffic WordPress site and the mailboxes that go with them. The lowest price per gigabyte in our range, on a shared PHP pool, without the developer toolset: no SSH, Git, Node.js or Ruby and no choice of PHP version. Your own domains only.

You get disk at the lowest price per gigabyte in our range, bundled email, a weekly backup and the same panel we use for everything else. What you do not get is the developer toolset: no SSH, Git, Node.js or Ruby and no choice of PHP version. Legacy hosts your own domains only.
Premium is the hosting we recommend when a site does real work: WooCommerce, membership and booking sites, busy WordPress installs, Laravel or Node builds, anything that keeps a process busy rather than serving a cached page. Each tier steps up the cores, memory and disk of the one below it, and every tier gets its own dedicated PHP-FPM pool, so a neighbour's traffic spike cannot take your workers. SSH, Git, Node.js, Ruby, your choice of PHP version and WP Toolkit are included on every tier, and there is no count on domains, mailboxes or databases: the plan's caps are the limit. We run the server; you run your applications, and if you would rather we ran WordPress too, WordPress Care is a separate add-on. Premium hosts your own domains only.
Reseller is for web designers, agencies and anyone hosting sites for other people. Each tier buys one pool of compute, the same cores and memory as the matching Premium tier with more disk, shared across your own site and every site you create. Create as many sites and client accounts as the pool holds: the pool is the only limit, and we publish both the pool and the ceiling any one site can reach inside it. Your clients' sites get WP Toolkit, Git, Node.js, Ruby and their choice of PHP version; SSH is not offered on Reseller. You are the first line of support for your clients, and we support you.

Would you rather we ran WordPress too? WordPress Care keeps it updated, with a restore point taken first, as a separate add-on per site. Need a restore from the weekly backup? Open a ticket.
Fair use
The figures on each card are the plan. These are the rules around them, in plain words. The Acceptable Use Policy is the full text, and it governs.
Own domains
Host as many of your own sites as your plan allows, including sites for your own businesses and projects. Selling or giving hosting on a Legacy or Premium plan to other people is reselling, and Reseller is the plan built for it. Approved agencies work under our Agency Terms.
Reselling
Reseller is the only plan in our shared range on which you may create accounts for other people. It is priced for that, which is why Legacy and Premium can be priced the way they are. The Reseller Terms set out what you owe your clients and when we step in.
Caps
The cores, memory and disk on each plan are the ceiling for that plan, not a starting point with hidden headroom. Memory is always a hard limit, because that is what keeps every site on the server safe. If a site needs more, the answer is the next tier, not a quiet exception.
Reseller sites
Your pool is shared across all your sites, and no single site may use more than the compute of the tier below yours. That protects your other clients from one busy site as much as it protects the server.
Disk
Disk above your plan's figure is billed per gigabyte on the excess, not blocked, so a mailbox filling up overnight does not take a site down. The rate, and how it appears on your invoice, are in Billing and Overage Charges.
Traffic
We do not publish traffic or throughput figures on the plan pages. We watch them, and we talk to you if a site is consistently out of line with its plan.
Your website sits on a server shared with other clients, kept online and patched by Noiz. Each plan has published limits on cores, memory and disk, so one site cannot take the resources another has paid for. It costs far less than running a server of your own.
Plesk is the control panel on every shared plan. It manages your website files, databases, mailboxes, DNS, certificates and backups from one web interface, with statistics and logs for each site, and it installs WordPress and other applications in a click.
Legacy suits brochure sites, static sites and low-traffic WordPress with proper email. Premium suits sites that do real work, such as stores, membership sites and applications, and adds a dedicated PHP pool and the developer toolset. Reseller is for hosting sites for your own clients, with one pool across all of them.
The Plesk panel, email with webmail and spam filtering, MariaDB databases, a web file manager, statistics, free Let's Encrypt certificates and a weekly backup. Premium adds a dedicated PHP-FPM pool, SSH, Git, Node.js, Ruby, your choice of PHP version and WP Toolkit. Reseller adds client accounts, your own branding on the panel, and WP Toolkit, Git, Node.js, Ruby and PHP version choice on your clients' sites. Each card above prints what its tier includes.
Each Legacy tier prints a count of your own domains, with subdomains and aliases uncounted. Premium puts no count on domains within the plan's caps. Reseller puts no count on sites or client accounts: the pool is the only limit.

No. Use a domain you already hold with another registrar and point it at your plan at checkout, or transfer it in so that hosting and domains sit in one place. A new Legacy or Premium order, monthly or annual, includes the first registration of a .co.za domain; renewals are paid. Reseller plans do not include one.
Yes. Every plan includes email with webmail, IMAP and SMTP, spam and virus filtering, forwarders, aliases and autoresponders. Each Legacy tier prints its mailbox count; Premium puts no count on mailboxes; on Reseller we do not cap mailboxes or their sizes for you or your clients. Mailbox storage comes out of the plan's disk.
Yes. You can put your own logo, title and link on the panel your clients use, and add your own custom buttons.
SSH is included on every Premium tier. Legacy has no SSH, and SSH is not offered on Reseller; Reseller client sites get WP Toolkit, Git, Node.js, Ruby and PHP version choice.
PHP runs on every plan. Premium adds your choice of PHP version per site, plus Node.js and Ruby, with SSH and Git for build steps and deploys. Databases are MariaDB, managed with phpMyAdmin. Our hosting runs on GNU/Linux, with Free and open-source software wherever there is a sound choice; there is no Windows hosting.
Yes. Request the plan change from your account or open a ticket. Moving between tiers, or between Legacy and Premium, is a plan change on the same panel, not a migration.
Shared hosting has no fixed term. Pay monthly, or annually; the switch above the cards shows either price. Our cancellation policy sets out how and when to cancel.
Yes. Open a ticket with the details of your current hosting and we will tell you what the move involves. Domain registrations can be transferred in as well, so your hosting and domains sit in one place.
Every plan includes a weekly backup taken by the panel and kept off site. If you need a restore, open a ticket.
No. Noiz is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price. The price shown is the price you pay.
