Billing and Overage Charges

To ensure fair resource allocation and maintain the high performance of our shared hosting services, Noiz Cybersecurity (Pty) Ltd ("Noiz," "we," "us," or "our") implements overage billing for disk usage that exceeds the allocated storage of your chosen hosting plan. This section outlines the terms related to overage charges for clients and resellers on all shared hosting plans.

Overage Billing for Disk Usage

• Applicability: All shared hosting plans, including those for individual clients and resellers, are subject to overage billing for disk usage that exceeds the storage allocation specified in the selected plan.
• Overage Charge Rate: Any disk usage beyond the base plan allocation will incur a charge of R10 per GB per month (or part thereof). This fee is applied to the total excess storage used during the billing cycle.
• Billing Process: Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle based on the highest recorded disk usage during that period. These charges will be reflected on your invoice and are payable in accordance with our standard payment terms.
• Notification: Noiz will notify clients and resellers via email or the control panel when disk usage approaches or exceeds the plan's allocation, giving you the opportunity to manage your storage or upgrade your plan to avoid additional charges.

Managing Disk Usage

To help you avoid overage charges, we recommend regularly monitoring your disk usage through the Noiz client area or control panel. If your storage needs increase, you may consider:

• Optimising Storage: Review and delete unnecessary files, such as outdated backups, unused media, or temporary files. For detailed guidance, refer to our support resources on managing disk usage.
• Plan Upgrades: Upgrade to a higher-tier hosting plan with a larger storage allocation to accommodate your needs. Contact our support team or visit the control panel to explore available options.
• Reseller Responsibilities: Resellers are responsible for monitoring and managing the disk usage of their clients. Overage charges will apply to the reseller's account for any excess usage across their hosted accounts.
