Shared hosting and Cloud servers carry most work. A dedicated server is for the cases where the hardware itself is the requirement.
Performance
Every core and every disk, yours.
A database that needs its own disks and memory, a build or render queue, an application that keeps the processor busy all day. The whole machine's capacity goes to one workload.
Licensing and control
Bare metal, when the software asks for it.
Software licensed per physical socket or core, a hypervisor of your own with virtual machines under your control, or a kernel you need to choose yourself. Root is yours from the first boot.
The quote
Every part named before anything is ordered.
There is no price list for dedicated servers, because no two are specified the same. The quote is the product description: read it, and if it fits, accept it.

Before you ask
No list price, no order form, no "from".
A dedicated server starts as a conversation about the workload, not a checkout. If a Cloud server would carry it, we will say so: root and a dedicated IPv4 address on every size, each priced on the Cloud page and provisioned within one working day.
Your own hardware is welcome too. Colocation in a quarter or a full cabinet is quoted per rack contract, through the same ticket.

A self-managed dedicated server draws the line at the operating system. If you would rather we ran that too, it becomes a second, scoped line on the same quote.

Questions
Questions people ask first.
No. Every dedicated server is specified for the workload it will carry, so the price is in the quote, with the set-up cost, the monthly figure and the lead time beside it. Nothing is ordered until you accept the quote.
You do, by default: root is yours, and you run the operating system and everything on it. If you would rather we ran the operating system, Managed Linux is a separate monthly quotation that sets out maintenance, monitoring, backup and recovery responsibility, access, the supported stack, the response window and the price. Managed Odoo, and ERPNext management by quote, go further and run the application as well.
Noiz repairs or replaces failed hardware under the Hardware Policy. What runs on the machine, and its data, are yours to back up unless backups are part of a management quote.
The quote names the facility the machine is racked in. Visiting the hardware in person is arranged with us in advance and follows the Specific Terms and Conditions.
Dedicated servers carry no fixed traffic quota. Usage is monitored, a few kinds of use need prior consultation, and the details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
The lead time is stated in the quote: it depends on what has to be sourced. Where a workload does not need its own hardware, a Cloud server with root is provisioned within one working day.
Yes. More memory, more disks or a different chassis is scoped and quoted like the original order. A change of hardware may carry a set-up cost, as the Hardware Policy sets out.
Yes. Colocation of your own equipment, in a quarter or a full cabinet, is quoted per rack contract. Open the same ticket and say what you have.
The quote states the term. Cancellation follows our cancellation policy, from your client area.
No. Noiz is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to a quote. The price quoted is the price you pay.

A rough specification is enough to start. We come back with the parts, the figure and the lead time, and we say so if a Cloud server would serve you better.
