How many hard drives can I add to my dedicated server?
Each self managed dedicated server has a unique number of additional drive bays. Most servers can accommodate up to 6 drives installed in their chassis.
What is the RAM capacity of my self managed dedicated server?
An entry level dedicated server can accommodate up to 32 GB RAM (2 x 16 GB RAM Modules). Enterprise servers can be increased up to 256 GB RAM, though additional CPU's may be needed for for RAM upgrades above 128 GB of RAM.
How do I cancel my dedicated server?
If you no longer require your dedicated server, a notice of cancellation should be provided via your Cloud Matrix Client Area.
