For businesses that build, market or look after websites for their own clients and host them with Noiz in their own account.

Tiers
The agency rate
The rate follows your monthly spend on eligible services. The rate for your tier applies to all of that spend, not only the part above the threshold.

The tier is measured each time an invoice is issued, on the recurring eligible services in your account that are active at that moment, for your clients and for your own sites. An annual service takes the discount at its next renewal. The discount appears as its own line on your invoice; it is not shown as a lower price at checkout.
What is eligible
- Legacy and Premium shared hosting plans
- Reseller hosting plans
- Noiz Cloud servers
- The Cloudflare add-on, and Advanced Email Security as an add-on or on its own
What is not
- Domain names
- WordPress Care and other management services
- Labour, remote support and anything sold by quote
- Suspended services
- A plan already held below the current list price, unless Noiz agrees in writing

How to become an agency
- Open a ticketAsk for agency approval. Tell Noiz what your business does and which client sites you host or plan to host with Noiz.
- ApprovalNoiz approves agencies individually and by hand, looking for an account whose hosting is mostly for identifiable clients rather than for its own projects.
- Your client listOnce approved, say which client each plan is for and keep that list current, with a working contact for each client.
- Invoiced at the agency rateFrom approval, each invoice carries the discount for the tier your eligible spend has reached.
Responsibilities
What Noiz expects of an agency
Noiz supports you, and your clients rely on you. You hold the hosting control panel and the client area; your clients do not get a login to either. Each client's domain name is registered to the client, never to you.
The Agency Terms set a basic level of care: you answer a client about their site or mail within one business day, you deal with or escalate a fault that stops a site or mail working on the day you learn of it, you pass on Noiz notices to the clients they affect within two business days, and you never leave a client without a working contact for more than 48 hours. The terms also say when Noiz deals with a client directly.

Agency, affiliate and reseller are different things
- Agency: you host your clients' sites in your own Noiz account, one plan per client or on a Reseller plan, and pay Noiz at an agency rate. Agency.
- Affiliate: you refer a client who then signs up and pays Noiz directly, and you earn commission on their hosting. Affiliate.
- Reseller: a hosting product, not a programme. You buy a Reseller plan and sell hosting to your own clients under your own name. An approved agency may buy Reseller plans too, and they count toward its agency spend. Reseller hosting and the Reseller Terms.
One does not give you another's pricing. An approved agency can also refer clients as an affiliate.

Yes. An approved agency may buy Reseller plans alongside its other plans. A Reseller plan is held under the Reseller Terms, counts toward your agency spend and carries the agency rate.
Yes. You keep the agency discount on what you buy, and you earn affiliate commission on clients you refer who sign up and pay Noiz directly. No commission is paid on your own purchases.
Yes. Your own sites may sit in the same account on ordinary plans, and eligible plans carry the agency rate.
