(Last updated: 13 October 2026. Effective: 13 October 2026.)
These Affiliate Terms form part of the agreement between Noiz Cybersecurity (Pty) Ltd ("Noiz") and anyone who holds a Noiz affiliate account. They apply together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. Where they deal with referrals and commission, these terms take precedence.
1.1. These terms apply to you if you activate an affiliate account with Noiz. An affiliate, for these terms, is someone who refers prospective clients to Noiz through a referral link. A client you refer contracts with Noiz, pays Noiz directly and is Noiz's client, not yours.
1.2. Anyone with a Noiz account may become an affiliate. An approved agency may also be an affiliate: it keeps its agency discount on what it buys under the Agency Terms and earns commission under these terms on clients it refers who contract with Noiz directly.
1.3. Being an affiliate does not make you an agency or a reseller and does not give you another programme's pricing. You are not Noiz's agent, employee or partner, and you may not make a promise, warranty or statement on Noiz's behalf.
2.1. A referral counts only when the client signs up and orders through your referral link and Noiz's billing records attribute the order to your affiliate account. Noiz's records decide whether a referral is attributed.
2.2. Only the services the Affiliate page names as eligible earn commission. Anything it does not name earns none.
2.3. No commission is earned on your own purchases, on purchases by an account you control, or on a referral obtained in breach of clause 5.
3.1. Commission accrues each time a client you referred pays for an eligible service, at the rate the Affiliate page publishes, on the amount Noiz actually receives for that service after discounts, credits and refunds. It continues for as long as the client keeps paying for that service, and stops when the client stops paying for it or ends it.
3.2. Commission is earned on payments received, not on sign-ups. Nothing is paid for a sign-up alone.
3.3. Each commission, including commission on a renewal, is held for the hold period the Affiliate page publishes before it becomes available to you. If the payment it was earned on is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission is cancelled; if it has already been paid to you, Noiz may deduct it from your later commission.
4.1. Once your available balance reaches the minimum payout the Affiliate page publishes, you may ask for a payout from the affiliate area of the client area, once a month.
4.2. A payout is made by bank transfer to an account in your name, or as credit on your Noiz account, which you may use against any Noiz invoice. Account credit cannot later be converted into cash.
4.3. Where your balance and your payout are in different currencies, the billing system converts them at its rate on the day of the payout. Any charge your bank or a payment provider makes for a transfer or a currency conversion is shown before you choose how to be paid, and is yours. Noiz charges no withdrawal fee.
4.4. You are responsible for declaring commission and for any tax on it.
4.5. Noiz may hold back a payout while it looks into a suspected breach of these terms, and will tell you that it is doing so.
5.1. You may share your referral link and describe Noiz's services, using the descriptions and prices Noiz publishes at the time.
5.2. You may not:
5.3. Where the law or the platform you publish on requires it, you disclose that you earn commission on referrals.
6.1. You may close your affiliate account at any time. Commission that has passed its hold period when you close it remains payable under clause 4.
6.2. Noiz may suspend or close an affiliate account where these terms are broken, and may cancel commission earned through a breach of clause 2.3 or clause 5. Noiz will tell you in writing which clause and why. Commission properly earned before the breach remains payable.
6.3. Noiz may change these terms or the affiliate programme, including what the Affiliate page publishes, on 30 days' notice. Commission is calculated under the terms and the Affiliate page in force when the payment it is earned on is received.
7.1. You indemnify Noiz against every loss, claim or cost that arises from the way you promote Noiz or from a breach of these terms.
7.2. The limits on Noiz's liability in the Terms of Service apply. Noiz's liability to you under these terms is limited to commission properly earned and not yet paid.
