The Noiz console is where you order, upgrade and cancel services, manage domains, pay invoices and open tickets. An AI assistant can help you with all of it as a guide and a reader of what you paste, but it should never have your console login. This page explains why, shows how to give other people limited access with console users instead of sharing your login.

Before you start
What the console holds
One login to the console reaches everything on your account:
- Services: view, upgrade, downgrade and cancel hosting and add-ons, and open Plesk with Log in to Plesk.
- Domains: register, transfer, renew, change nameservers, contact details and auto-renewal, and request transfer codes for domains that use them.
- Billing: invoices, payments, saved cards and quotes.
- Support: tickets and announcements.
- Account: your details, contacts, users and the console settings.
That is why the console login is the one credential an assistant must never have. With it, a mistaken or misled assistant could cancel a service, move a domain away or change who receives your invoices.
What an assistant can do with the console today
- Guide you. Ask how to do something in the console, with the menu names you see. You click.
- Read what you paste. Paste an invoice's line items to have them explained, or a ticket reply to have it summarised. Remove card details, addresses and anything else it does not need first.
- Draft for you. A ticket to support, a question about an upgrade, a reply to a quote. You read it and send it from the console yourself.
A useful starting prompt:
I have a hosting account with Noiz and manage it in the Noiz console, which
runs WHMCS. I want to [the task, for example see which services renew next
month]. Guide me one step at a time using the console's menu names and wait
for me after each step. Never ask for my password or card details, and tell
me to stop before any step that pays, orders, cancels or transfers.
What to keep away from an assistant
- Your console email and password, and any sign-in codes.
- Browser assistants signed in to the console. An assistant that clicks through web pages for you acts with your login, so everything above is within its reach.
- Payments, orders, cancellations and domain transfers. Each binds you or moves something you own. Do them yourself.
Give people limited access with console users
When a bookkeeper, a developer or a colleague needs part of your account, invite them as a user with only the permissions they need, instead of sharing your login. Each user signs in with their own email address and password, and you can remove them at any time.
- In the console, open User Management.
- Under Invite New User, enter the person's email address.
- Choose Choose Permissions rather than All Permissions.
- Tick only what the person needs. For example:
- a bookkeeper: access to invoices and quotes;
- a developer: access to the services they work on;
- someone who handles support: access to tickets.
- Click Send Invite.
The invitation is a one-time link that lasts seven days, and whoever opens it can accept it, so send it only to the person it is for and check that they have accepted. To change what someone may do, use Manage Permissions; to end their access, Remove Access. Only the account owner can invite users, and the owner always keeps full permissions.
Contacts are different from users. A contact receives copies of chosen emails, such as invoices, and does not log in. Use a contact when someone only needs to see the emails.
Troubleshooting
- User Management is missing from the menu. You are signed in as a user, not as the account owner. Ask the owner to invite or change users.
- An invited person never received the email. Check the address, then send the invitation again. If it still does not arrive, contact Noiz support.
- A user did something they should not have. Remove their access in User Management, change your own password, and open a ticket if a service, domain or payment changed.
Help with your account
If you are not sure which permissions a person needs, or you want a change made on your account by someone who knows it, open a ticket from the console and tell us what you are trying to do.
