As part of our ongoing security program and to meet PCI compliance requirements, we have updated our mail server configuration.

Port 25 is now reserved for server-to-server delivery only and no longer accepts login/authentication.

For sending mail, please use:

Port 465 (recommended) – SMTPS (SSL/TLS enabled)

Port 587 – submission with STARTTLS (also supported)

IMAP and POP connections already require SSL/TLS and remain unchanged.
If you are currently using port 25 for sending, please update your email client to use port 465 with SSL/TLS. If you need assistance adjusting settings in Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird, our support team is here to help.
